Two Worlds – Wyeth Walk #68
I had hoped that all of the rain from last night would have cooled the air off, but instead the air is heavy and sticky, hinting at a humid summer to come. Uncomfortable in my long pants and long sleeves (so this fair skinned gal didn’t have to put on sunscreen), I was yearning for snow and cool today. And, I am beginning to understand why the Wyeth family has escaped to Maine for the summers for a generation or few – I would too so I wouldn’t have to experience quite as much hot sticky humidity!
Speaking of Maine, I’ve been starting to settle my arrangements for a visit this summer to “Wyeth country”. Excited!
